Bobby R. Digby II – Attorney Profile

I have devoted my entire legal career to going to court and fighting for my clients.

I have a reputation for fighting as hard as possible for the people that have trusted me with protecting their legal rights. As such, I can often get a better result than other attorneys, simply because I can and will go to court and fight for them.

I don’t tolerate empty threats from other attorneys or unreasonable settlement offers; I simply set a hearing and we go to court. When you have a reputation for being as successful in court as I am, people know it.

About the Digby Law Firm

I started the Digby Law Firm several years ago because I believe in representing people the way that I would want to be represented: Aggressively, Honestly, and Expertly. Legal matters have very serious consequences and people should not be passed around like they are on an assembly line.

I have devoted my entire legal career to going to court and fighting for my clients. Anyone with a law license and a bar number is an attorney, but only a select few are Trial Attorneys. To be a trial attorney, not only do you need to have a thorough knowledge of the law, but you must also have the ability to go before a judge or jury and expertly present the case. You should feel confident that your attorney can do both of these things or you are not being represented as well as you should be. At the Digby Law Firm, I go to court and I fight for my clients rights.

I have had many trials, both before judges and juries. I handle cases from speeding tickets to Capital Murder. I have been involved in many trials, including capital murder, sex crimes, violence, drug crimes, DWI/DUI and misdemeanors. I have represented family members in many divorces, custody cases and child support.

How many times have you heard someone complain about their attorney that they can never get ahold of him or her, or that the attorney will never call them back, or that they go to court and some associate whom they have never met is there to represent them in court? I answer all my own calls, so that when you call me; you talk to me. I will not pass your case off to an inexperienced associate. I handle your case myself, because I believe that I can represent you better than any inexperienced associate or paralegal. For that reason, I keep my firm small and my client list limited. When you call to speak to me, you will not be handed off to an associate or paralegal. I return all phone calls within 24 hours. You are paying for me to represent you and I will be representing you.

Although my office is in downtown Little Rock, I travel all over the State to help my clients. I have handled cases in most of the counties in Arkansas, including: Pulaski, Saline, Garland, Washington, Benton, Faulkner, Craighead, Union, Columbia, Sebastian and many more.
